This existing pond area was re-furbished with new exposed aggregate path and a small footbridge that we constructed.

BEFORE - this backyard was unusable, being steep.  The client contracted us to build a core filled block wall on the rear and both side boundaries to create a flat yard. This project involved an Operational Works approval due to the amount of fill being imported.

AFTER - We created boundary gardens along the new walls and fences that will eventually grow for added privacy.

AFTER - To reduce the height of the rear wall, a small wall was constructed at the back line of the house which also included s set of concrete formed steps to the level yard.
