Sleeper wall and steps to maximise flat playing area in backyard - Chapel Hill |

Core filled block wall, 1.6m high. Boundary wall and fence built to replace an old decrepid sleeper wall. It solved a security problem as the fence could be reinstated, improved drainage issues allowing water to be collected both on top and bottom of the wall. It also increased the size of the usable land of the properties. This wall has since been rendered. |

This core filled block wall was finished with a concrete tile manufactured to look like porferey. This was part of a large Brisbane City Council project to refurb the park and carpark area for Brisbane City River Cat terminal - Mowbray Park, Kangaroo Point. |
